Land Acquisitions

We are always looking to acquire new sites that are suitable for development. We work closely with land owners to make the process smooth, straight-forward and stress-free by providing all the information required for making informed decisions. We cover legal fees in any transaction, to ensure land owners have the independent guidance required to make the right choice.

We engage in option, subject to planning and joint venture agreements depending on land features and client preferences. Option and Conditional Contracts

Option and conditional contracts provide us with an exclusive window to invest time and money into the land or property to confirm its potential. Once we have completed the necessary due diligence and secured a planning permission, we would look to execute the sale within the agreed time frame.

Joint Venture Contracts

Joint Venture contracts are development contracts that enable land owners to enjoy a share of the property sales from a site. We take on all the work and costs associated with gaining planning permission and construction and is a great way for land owners to maximise their return from a plot of land.
